Casey will be skilled judge
I am voting for Marshall Casey for Court of Appeals judge.
I have known Marshall for the past eight years as he and I worked our way through a myriad of tangled issues on behalf of a couple of my clients. Marshal has good trial experience and clearly understands the judiciary process. He is conscientious and hard-working. Marshall digs deep to gain the detailed knowledge of the issues at hand. His professional conduct, from my view, is without question.
As to the service to my clients, he was not only a scholar of the issues but also a teacher to those of us who would not otherwise grasp the legal depth of the issues. He has been able to explain the steps to be taken in a thoughtful and clear way. He would make the point that the opposition should and would be heard, yet his stance and that of the law for my clients was strong. There is no better baseline for an Appeals Court judge than most recently representing individuals and entities and understanding the problems they face. He understands the legal process.
I have observed Marshall as a spouse and a father. He supports his family in all that they do and they support him. Including this election process. He is a well-balanced person with a very positive outlook on life. He is good listener, a student of the law and I believe that he will be a skilled Court of Appeals judge.
