What are his priorities?

Trump calling for full stop to COVID relief negotiations until after the election, but urging full speed ahead for a vote on his Supreme Court Justice pick before the election just doesn’t make sense.

Why hold up relief to help support the lives and livelihoods of hundreds of million of citizens and the systems that provide health care and security in the midst of a pandemic that has our nation teetering on the brink of a depression? While at the same time forcing the vote on one Supreme Court seat before the election that could provide him help if the election is close?

This is not in our nation’s best interest. It’s like the captain of the sinking Titanic ordering crew to burn the life preservers, then throwing everyone overboard including women and children and jumping in with them. All with the promise help is just a few weeks away…if I survive.

Left to Captain America’s ship-of-state, Trump will eventually sink us all.
