Eastern Washington guard Tyler Harvey is one of 16 finalists for the Jerry West Shooting Guard of the Year Award. Harvey, a junior, leads Division I in scoring offense (23.4 points per game) and 3-pointers per game (4.23). He is fourth in 3-point shooting percentage (45.8), 23rd in free-throw percentage (.873), and leads the Big Sky Conference in scoring, 3-pointers per game and free-throw percentage.
