The parents of a University of Utah track athlete who was killed by her ex-boyfriend on campus two years ago reached a $13.5 million settlement Thursday with the university, which acknowledged that it didn't handle the woman's case properly.

Spokane police detectives are asking for help to find a woman wanted in connection with a drive-by shooting incident Aug. 5.

The Spokane Medical Examiner identified the victim of an Oct. 2 fatal stabbing near West Main Avenue and North Browne Street as 40-year-old Anthony Vornheder.
