Former Gonzaga Bulldogs forward Zach Collins has had a rough 13 months on the health front. Collins, in his fourth year with the Portland Trailblazers, had surgery Thursday on his left ankle, the NBA announced. He previously had surgery on the same ankle Sept. 1 and was expected to return in mid- to late-January.
