Teen expelled, jailed for allegedly threatening to kill classmates

The Spokane County Sheriff's Office said it arrested a 14-year-old boy over the weekend after he made threats to kill classmates and a teacher at East Valley High School last week. The boy is being held in juvenile detention on a harassment charge after being expelled from the school.
