‘NBA Inside Stuff’ returns; Grant Hill a co-host

TV show “ NBA Inside Stuff” is coming back, with recently retired Grant Hill serving as a co-host. The program, consisting of highlights and features about players and teams, will debut on NBA TV on Nov. 2 and run weekly throughout the season. The original series ran from 1990-2005. Hill, who made multiple appearances as a player, says the idea of “taking what was very, very successful and redoing it years later was very exciting.” The seven-time All-Star retired after spending last season, his 19th in the NBA, with the Los Angeles Clippers. Kristen Ledlow will join Hill on the show. – Associated Press

Hill, 40, ends 19-year career

LOS ANGELES – Seven-time All-Star Grant Hill retired from the NBA on Saturday after 19 seasons, ending a career interrupted by injuries that included an Olympic gold medal. The Los Angeles Clippers announced the news, which came as no surprise since Hill had been mulling his future after the team was eliminated in the first round of the playoffs. He had one season left on his contract.
