Lawmakers also questioned why the city, and not a nearby developer, should pay for the cost of hooking up the system. 

Two injured after crash at Moran Prairie Grange on Saturday evening

Two people were injured after a crash at the Moran Prairie Grange on Saturday evening. Crews responded to the crash at 61st Avenue and Palouse Highway at about 5 p.m., according to social media posts from the Spokane County Fire District 8 firefighters’ union.
