Wolves are thriving in Washington, with their populations growing an average of 28% per year. But tolerance for wolves is, in Daniel Curry’s view, on the ropes. And every time a wolf kills a cow or the state kills a wolf, the divide widens. By working to defuse conflicts, he’s hoping man and wolf can learn to live together.
