Female body found in CdA River

The body of a female has been found in the Coeur d'Alene River. According to the Shoshone County Sheriff's Office, the body was found on Tuesday, April 11th, in the river between Kellogg and Smelterville. The body was reported by a fisherman in the area. KHQ reports.

Two arrested after armed robbery, freeway chase in North Idaho

Two young males armed with a knife robbed a Wallace, Idaho, store early Sunday morning and led police on a high-speed chase on Interstate 90. The Wallace Super Stop was robbed shortly after 1:30 a.m., Shoshone County Sheriff Mitch Alexander said in a news release. The suspects took cash from the register and fled in a Honda Pilot westbound on the freeway.
