Dan Pelle - The Spokesman-Review

Robert Spies has worked the rose beds at the Rockwood at Hawthorne Retirement Community for 17 years. But with his eyesight failing, he is hoping someone will take over the duties of caring for the flowers. He has written a poem that encompasses how to care for roses.
