NOTICE OF PUBLIC AUCTION

IN THE MATTER OF DISPOSING OF CERTAIN COUNTY-OWNED PERSONAL PROPERTY BY PUBLIC AUCTION 25-212

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN by the Board of County Commissioners of Spokane County, pursuant to the provisions of RCW 36.34.020 and RCW 36.34.090, that public auctions for the sale of County surplus personal property will be held as follows:

(1) An on-line of certain various miscellaneous items via Public Surplus, (www.publicsurplus.com) from March 3, 2026 with bids closing no later than March 24, 2026; and

(2) A live public “straight auction” of certain miscellaneous heavy equipment via J. Stout Auctions, 8018 W. Sunset Hwy., Spokane, WA 99224, (www.jstoutauction.com) to be held March 17, 2026.

The items of surplus County personal property to be offered for sale are as described in Attachment “A”, is attached and incorporated by reference to the Resolution for Spokane County Project No. 25-212.

Interested parties may obtain a copy of Attachment “A” by contacting the Spokane County Purchasing Department at (509) 477-3693 or countybuyers@spokanecounty.gov.
