Public Auction – Silver Lake Road
The Washington State Department of Natural Resources (DNR) is accepting written sealed bids to sell a 13.1 ± acre undeveloped property called Silver Lake Road, located east of Medical Lake and approximately 14 miles southwest of the City of Spokane. The Rural Transitional/low-density zoned property has county road access via Silver Lake Road, and is Spokane County Parcel No. 14163.9015.
Written sealed bids will be opened at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, March 31, 2026, at DNR’s Deer Park Work Center located at: 1002 E. Crawford St., Deer Park, WA 99006. The sale is subject to a minimum bid of $120,000. The required bid deposit amount, bid form, and auction information are listed in Real Property Sale Pamphlet 71, located on the DNR website at https://dnr.wa.gov/silverlake.
