ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS
Sealed bids will be received by the Board of Directors of West Valley School District No. 363 board room at the Millwood Early Learning Center (ELC) at 8818 E Grace Ave, Spokane, Washington, 99212 for Restroom Remodel at Millwood ELC as follows:
General Contractors shall submit their Basic Bid and Alternate Bid proposals in a sealed envelope up until 4:00 p.m., Thursday, May 21, 2026. Basic Bid and Alternate Bid proposals will be opened and publicly read immediately after submittal of Bid proposals. Proposals received after the above times will not be considered.
Mandatory Pre-bid Conference: A mandatory pre-bid conference will be held on Friday May 8, 2026, 3:00 p.m. at Millwood ELC at 8818 E Grace Ave, Spokane, Washington 99212.
Drawings and Specifications will be available on or after Friday, May 1, 2026 at www.nacplans.com and may be examined at Abadan Regional Plan Center, 603 E Second Street, Spokane, WA 99202.
Bidders may download digital files at no cost. Printed documents are available by choosing the “Order Prints” option. Full or partial sets may be purchased, at bidders’ expense, (non-refundable), from www.nacplans.com or a printer of the bidders’ choosing.
Bidders wishing to be formally listed as a plan holder must log in and choose “Add Me to Bidders List” at www.nacplans.com, where a current bidders list is continually posted. Any questions regarding www.nacplans.com shall be directed to plan center services, 509-747-2964 or repro@abadanspokane.com.
Bid Guarantee: A surety company bid bond on a form acceptable to Owner or a certified or bank cashier’s check payable to the order of “West Valley School District” must accompany each bid in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the Base Bid. No bidder may withdraw its bid after hour set for opening thereof, unless award is delayed for a period exceeding 45 days.
The Board of Directors of West Valley School District No. 363 reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive informalities.
Individuals with disabilities who may need a modification to participate in a meeting should contact the Owner at (509) 922-5465, no later than three days before the bid opening and as soon as possible in advance, so that arrangements can be made.
