Spokane County Requests That Qualified Parties Submit Qualifications To: www.publicpurchase.com
PURPOSE: The purpose of this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) to solicit Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) from experienced designers and contractor teams to perform (progressive) design-build services for the new Maintenance Facility shared between Liberty Lake and MeadowWood Golf Course.
THE BOARD hereby notifies all offerors that no person or organization shall be discriminated against on the basis of race, religion, color, age, sex, sexual orientation or national origin in consideration for an award issued pursuant to this advertisement. Additionally, minority and women owned business enterprises are encouraged to submit proposals in response to this invitation.
COPIES of the RFQ document are only available electronically and can be downloaded from www.publicpurchase.com.
Submittals, due by 3pm local time, July 15, 2026, should follow the format outlined in the request for qualifications document on www.publicpurchase.com.
Questions regarding the bid process shall be submitted via www.publicpurchase.com. Spokane County Purchasing will respond to questions via www.publicpurchase.com, thus providing all questions and answers to all prospective bidders.
