Teaching violence

Again. Leaders constantly repeat that violence never solves anything? Are these not the same humans sending waves of killing machines airborne year-in, year-out to “solve” problems? This same thought process that put Michael Brown down is simply reflected from the macro to the micro in our hologram. The exception (of course!) is when a president or a patrol cop determines violence is justified, right? So black kids need to be shot over a pack of cigars?

Policy came from the top. We still teach that violence does work. Actions speak clearer than all the polished oratory. Is it really surprising it can be used on us, too?

Every last American citizen should be advised to wear personal body cameras, not just police.
