Vote for Dave Wilson

Regarding Rep. Eric Cantor’s defeat in Virginia: Finally, Americans are waking up and realizing that the time has come for do-nothing elected officials to go. Here is a no-name candidate who spent only $100,000 vs. Cantor’s $5 million. That shows me that “we the people” do have a chance, and can beat the big spenders and lobbyists.

Rep. Cathy McMorris Rodgers should take notice that her time in Congress is also coming to an end. She has lost all touch with the 5th Congressional District and spends more time campaigning for money out of state and trying to move up the ladder than she does taking care of the needs of her district.

I hope you will join me in voting for Dave Wilson, independent candidate for the 5th District. Wilson has pledged not to take over $500 from any individual and no money from special interest groups or PACs, to hold monthly town hall meetings, respond to all phone calls and emails within 24 hours, and not accept a pension after he leaves Congress.

Let’s give McMorris Rodgers the same message the voters in Virginia did, and send her back to the fruit ranch.
