Pastors ignore holiness

I read in today’s Spokesman-Review about the United Methodist Church allowing gay marriage and gay pastors.

As a Christian, I believe the gospel should be preached to everyone. But I also believe what the Bible says, about homosexuality - God considers it an abomination - and I just don’t see how Methodist pastors can ignore that fact, or how they can even think of performing gay marriages in their church.

I know God is a God of love, but He’s also holy. Just a thought.
