I am not a lawyer. However, I have seen over and over again in my lifetime where laws have been ruled invalid, or unconstitutional because they are overly broad or vague.

The Washington state law on emergency declarations appears to give the governor the sole and full authority to declare an emergency and to extend that emergency declaration indefinitely based on anything he so desires regardless of whether there actually exists any data to support him. Isn’t that the height of vagueness? Isn’t that how ALL socialist countries begin their trip down socialism and dictatorships?

Where are all of the legal minds out there to chime in on this? With a death rate of 0.003% in Spokane County (obviously NOT a health care crisis), why have the city of Spokane or county of Spokane attorneys not filed a lawsuit against the governor and his continuation of this shutdown?
