REPEAT OFFENDER: Tami Jo Hearn, AKA Tami Jo Raider, is a 51-year-old female wanted for failing to report to jail to serve her sentence for attempted first degree theft. She is 5-foot-4-inches, 185 pounds and has red hair and brown eyes. Hearn’s last address given was in the 2000 block of W. Broadway in Spokane. She has a 29-year-old local criminal history, including convictions for second-degree possession of a stolen vehicle, first-degree theft, second-degree theft, forgery, second-degree possession of a stolen credit card, possession of a controlled substance and second-degree identity theft. REPEAT OFFENDER: Eija Herr, 40, is wanted for failing to return to work release, second-degree theft of a motor vehicle, second-degree possession of stolen property and first-degree theft. She is 5-foot-8-inches, 145 pounds and has brown hair and brown eyes. Herr’s last address given was in the 1000 block of E. 12th Ave. in Spokane. She has a twenty-five year local criminal history, including directions of first-degree theft, failing to return to work release, second-degree theft of a motor vehicle and third-degree retail theft. REPEAT OFFENDER: Theodore Fowler is a 37-year-old man wanted for residential burglary. He is 6-feet, 180 pounds and has brown hair and green eyes. Fowler’s last address given was in the 5000 block of W. Sunset Blvd. in Spokane. He has a twenty-three year local criminal history to include convictions for bail jumping, theft of a motor vehicle, first-degree malicious mischief, second-degree theft by deception, first-degree trafficking stolen property, second-degree possession of a stolen vehicle, second-degree burglary, attempt to elude arrest, residential burglary with a domestic violence, forgery, unlawful production payment instrument and unlawful production payment instrument of finance fraud.
Victoria Orden, 25, is wanted for residential burglary. She is 5-foot, 115 pounds and has brown hair and brown eyes. She has an eleven-year local history.
Matthew E. Miller is a 30-year-old male wanted for residential burglary. He is 6-foot, 155 pounds and has brown hair and brown eyes. Miller’s last address given was in the 20000 block of S. Ritchey in Cheney. He has an eleven year local criminal history, including convictions for controlled substance and second-degree burglary.
Shad Smith is a 23-year-old male wanted for first-degree trafficking in stolen property and possession of controlled substance. He is 5-foot-11-inches, 150 pounds and has brown hair and blue eyes. Smith’s last address given was in the 2000 block of E. Upriver in Spokane. He has a seven-year local criminal history.
REGISTERED SEX OFFENDER: Arthur Youngblood is a 35-year-old male wanted for failing to register as a sex offender. He is 6-foot-5-inches, 200 pound and has brown hair and brown eyes.
REGISTERED SEX OFFENDER: Rodney Love is a 34-year-old male wanted for failing to register as a sex offender and possession of a controlled substance. He is 5-foot-7-inches, 200 pounds and has red hair and blue eyes.
REGISTERED SEX OFFENDER: Matthew McNamara is a 31-year-old male wanted for third-degree rape and luring of a developmentally disabled child. He is 6-foot, 145 pounds and has brown hair and blue eyes.
REGISTERED SEX OFFENDER: William Roy Rentz is a 58-year-old male wanted for failing to register as a sex offender, second-degree trafficking in stolen property and violation of order. Rentz is 5-foot-11-inches, 165 pounds and has brown hair and brown eyes.
Crime Stoppers of the Inland Northwest are looking for ten fugitives, three of whom are active, repeat offenders. Repeat offender suspects are those criminals considered by law enforcement to be the most active offenders in the community, according to Crime Stoppers. There is a double reward for repeat offenders. Crime Stoppers fugitives are wanted criminal suspects avoiding police capture. Do not approach them. They should only be contacted by law enforcement.
