It doesn’t have to be pumpkin. But, this time of year, that’s usually what comes to mind first. Pecan would do, too. And, of course, there’s always apple. Sweet potato, too. Maybe even mincemeat. It helps to pre-order. Some bakeries require it. They become extremely busy during the holiday season – basically now through the end of the year.
