The board will hold a hearing on Whitworth Water District’s plan to annex 60 acres belonging to Mead School District.

Spokane City Council

The council plans to vote on a proposal to reorganize the panel that looks into allegations of police misconduct. Council members also will hear a report on the Citizens Retreat.

City Hearing Examiner

Tuesday, 9 a.m. regular meeting, second-floor conference room;

The hearing examiner will consider issuing a special permit for a proposed 32-unit apartment complex on the west side of Arthur Street near Eighth Avenue.
