Nic’s Prize Home Open For Tours

The grand prize in the North Idaho College Foundation’s “Really Big Raffle” is open for tours this weekend.

The foundation is raffling off a $200,000 home built by NIC carpentry students. They have about a month of work to go before it is complete. Tickets are $100.

The 2,230 square-foot house is in the Loch Haven subdivision, at 8488 N. Tartan, Hayden Lake, and is open for tours 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. today and 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Sunday.

Other raffle prizes include a $20,000 car or boat, a $3,500 travel package and a $2,000 shopping spree.
