Delta To Refund Tickets Held By Soldiers

U.S. Sen. Dirk Kempthorne has persuaded Delta Airlines to refund non-refundable plane tickets held by soldiers who won’t be able to use them because they’re going to Bosnia.

Kempthorne, R-Idaho, was contacted by Diane Perry of Nampa after her son, Pfc. Stephen Perry, had to cancel a trip home for the holidays for a family reunion. The private leaves for Bosnia on Tuesday with his unit from Fort Hood, Texas. , DataTimes
