Omaha, Neb.: Fast-growing metropolitan area of about 500,000. State Legislature considering incentive package for Micron. Billionaire Warren Buffett, an Omaha resident, rumored to be supporting city’s effort. Recent success recruiting companies. Engineering program at University of Nebraska-Omaha. xxxx?
