Sessions Scheduled On Lifelong Learning

The Spokane Area Chamber of Commerce and its education council are sponsoring four sessions on preparing people for the workforce and lifelong learning.

Members of the public are invited to attend the sessions, which will be held every two weeks through February at the Spokane Intercollegiate Research and Technology Institute.

The sessions are Jan. 17 on workforce readiness and lifelong learning; Jan. 31 on K-12 education; Feb. 14 on higher education, and Feb. 28 on workplace issues.

All four will be held from 7 a.m. to 9 a.m. Reservations should be made through Judith Mason of the chamber at 459-4110.
