From Staff And Wire Reports

Benewah County Prosecutor Rich Christensen has filed charges against building contractor Ron Stratton, who is now in Kootenai County Jail.

Stratton, 43, faces five charges in Benewah County, including grand theft by deception, false pretenses or false promise.
