Franklin Park Mall Changes Managers

Franklin Park Mall has changed property managers.

The 30-store mall, 5628 N. Division, was one of three retail centers taken over by the Seattlebased Norman Co. on Feb. 1. The company was founded in 1981 as a full-service commercial real estate firm and now includes property management, investment sales, acquisitions and consulting in the Northwest.

The mall, owned by Citibank N.A., was previously managed by Seattle-based Northwest Building Corp.

Keith Kaiser, managing director for property services at The Norman Co., will oversee management at the mall from Seattle. Operations managers for the mall will continue to work out of their offices in Franklin Park Mall.

Major tenants at Franklin Park Mall include Payless Drugs, Montgomery Ward & Co., Ross Dress for Less and Old Country Buffet.
