Adrian Reyes scored two goals and Clayton Thomas added a pair of assists as the Community Colleges of Spokane knocked off first-place Bellevue Community College in a Northwest Athletic Association of Community Colleges men’s soccer game Wednesday in Spokane.

Goalie R.J. Merritt recorded two saves for the Sasquatch (7-4-4), who turned away 18 shots on goal from the Helmsmen (9-4-3).

In women’s volleyball play, Sheryl Hovde had 37 assists, three kills and three service aces as CCS swept Walla Walla Community College 15-8, 15-11, 15-11.

Josie Hopkins and Lori Peters each had nine kills for the Sasquatch.
