Authorities Search For Missing Cda Man

From Staff And Wire Reports

Police are looking for a 36-year-old Coeur d’Alene man who has been missing for two days.

James D. Hill left his home at about noon Monday and never returned, according to a report from the Coeur d’Alene Police Department.

“We’ve made it a priority case to try and locate this individual for his family,” said Capt. Carl Bergh.

Hill’s wife, Sue Ellen Hill, reported his disappearance to police on Tuesday.

Hill apparently took his van to get new tires and a haircut on Monday. He missed his son’s birthday party and had not returned by the next morning for a scheduled ride to the airport, his wife told police.

His vehicle is described as a maroon and silver Dodge Caravan with license plate number K91861.

Police ask anyone with information on Hill’s whereabouts to call (208) 769-2320.
