Banished Teens’ Victim Files Claim

From Staff And Wire Reports

A former pizza delivery man has filed a court claim seeking restitution from two Alaskan Indian youths who were banished for beating and robbing him.

Tim Whittlesey, who was beaten with a baseball bat and robbed of $40 in the attack two years ago, said the claim was filed to preserve his right to sue for restitution if tribal promises to build a new home for him are not met.

The statute of limitations on a civil suit ran out Thursday.
