Chiefs Bring Home 2-0 Lead Against Kamloops Tonight

Spokane has a couple of goals when the Chiefs return to the Arena tonight at 7 to engage the Kamloops Blazers in Game 3 of their Western Hockey League West Division finals.

With a 2-0 lead in the best-of-seven series, built on 4-3 and 6-5 wins in Kamloops during the weekend, Spokane wants to:

Maintain the momentum that has seen it win six straight playoff games after falling behind Portland 3-0 in a first-round playoff series.

And bring an end to Kamloops’ run of two straight Memorial Cups.

Fans who purchased tickets for Game 3 or Wednesday’s Game 4 in advance, need to be aware that at the time of purchase, the dates for those games weren’t known. Therefore, the tickets don’t have a date on them. Tickets marked “Game E” are for tonight. Wednesday’s is “Game F.”

If you purchased tickets after the schedule was set, your tickets will be marked with the appropriate date.

There are a few tickets available for both games. Should a fifth game be necessary, it would be Thursday night. There are plenty of tickets available for that game.

Both tonight’s and Wednesday’s games will be televised on KXLY Extra (cable channel 14 in Spokane and 3 in Coeur d’Alene). A game Thursday would not be televised.
