Arizona State’s Kellee Booth shot an even-par 71 to share medalist honors with Korean-born teenagers Jenny Lee and Grace Park in the 96th U.S. Women’s Amateur Championship.

Booth of Coto de Caza, Calif., matched first-round leaders Lee and Park at 1-under 141 on the Firethorn Golf Club course. Park, 17, of Phoenix, and Lee, 19, of Austin, Texas, shot 72s.

The first round of match play opens today and will include Kennewick’s Heather Graff, who finished medalist play at 75-79-154.

Spokane’s Britney Holt shot 90 for a two-day medalist total of 174 that did not qualify her for the match play finals.
