Associated Press

The Seattle SuperSonics have signed freeagent center Elmore Spencer, the club announced Saturday.

Spencer is a four-year NBA veteran who played with the Denver Nuggets and the Portland Trail Blazers last season.

The 26-year-old also played three seasons with the Los Angeles Clippers.

The club also announced that it has requested waivers on guard Drew Barry and forward Anthony Miller, who both appeared in four preseason games.

The Sonics’ roster now stands at 15 players.
