Minera, Pegasus Form Joint Venture
Minera Andes Inc. and Pegasus Gold International, both of Spokane, said they will enter into a joint venture for gold property in Argentina.
The 23,000 acre property, called the Arroyo Verde, was discovered by Pegasus. Minera Andes will operate the site. Minera Andes said it can earn up to 80 percent interest in the site if it spends $1.3 million over a four year period.
Pegasus said it has identified 2 million tons of gold and silver at the property.
