Full House, Full Hands Mother Of Seven Is Teacher, Chef, Chauffeur And Family Organizer

Amy Sonneland

My mom, Chris Sonneland, is the best mom anyone can ever have. The reason she is my hero is because of her love for us and her willingness to put our needs before her needs. She home schools a 17, 15, 12, 9 and a 5-year-old and she aslo has a 3-year-old and a 6-month-old baby.

Everyday she gets up with the baby, makes sure the little ones all get their breakfast and hot chocolate. Then she starts us with our school work - meanwhile trying to think of how to make all the plans for today fit in our busy schedule.

Once we finish our school, she makes us lunch and puts the kids to bed. Then the afternoon comes and she has lots to do … go to the grocery store, try to clean the house, drive us to our different activities, think of a dinner that we will all eat, and all with seven kids and a working husband. Then the night comes and she wonders where the day went. Thank you, Mom!
