Free Tennis Lesson Offered At Ferris

Anyone who wants to learn to play tennis will get their chance for a free lesson Friday at Ferris High School from 5:30 to 7 p.m.

The lessons are for beginners.

They are being offered through the Tennis Industry Association’s Play Tennis America program, which seeks to promote the sport and the sale of equipment and clothing.

A low-cost follow-up program will be offered after the lessons are finished.
