Villwock Loses Finger

Dave Villwock’s return to health took a turn for the worse when the pinky on his injured right hand was amputated during an unexpected surgery at Harborview Medical Center.

Villwock, 42, was listed in satisfactory condition after almost 3 hours of surgery, which resulted after the hydroplane driver began experiencing circulation problems in his right ring finger and pinky, said Larry Zalin, Harborview media director.
