Monday – Veal cutlet with gravy, baked potato with sour cream, carrots, dinner roll, fruit cup.
Tuesday – Meatloaf with gravy, roasted red potatoes, Oregon-blend vegetables, wheat bread, blueberry crisp.
Wednesday – Barbecue beef on a bun, baked beans, chuck wagon vegetables, pears, sugar cookie.
Thursday – Pork roast with gravy, mashed potatoes, brussels sprouts, wheat bread, peaches.
Friday – Lemon chicken, winter-blend vegetables, French-blend vegetables, rye bread, baked apple slices.
