Monday – Chicken with wild rice casserole, brussels sprouts, corn, wheat bread, baked apple slices.

Tuesday – Meatloaf with gravy, scalloped potatoes, spinach, rye bread, apricots.

Wednesday – Turkey a la king over biscuit, Italian-blend vegetables, parslied cauliflower, fruit cocktail, yellow cake.

Thursday – Beef stew, winter-blend vegetables, peas, cornbread, spiced pears.

Friday – Lasagna, chef’s tossed salad with dressing, Capri-blend vegetables, breadstick, tropical fruit cup.
