Monday – Salisbury steak with gravy, au gratin potatoes, carrots, pears, dinner roll.

Tuesday – Roast beef with gravy, red potatoes, green and yellow beans, Hawaii salad, wheat bread.

Wednesday – Lemon chicken, winter-blend vegetables, French-blend vegetables, peaches, spice cake, rye bread.

Thursday – Pork cutlet with gravy, whipped squash, California vegetables, banana, breadstick.

Friday – Spanish meatballs over rice, zucchini and tomatoes, corn, wheat bread, cinnamon raisin, applesauce.
