Seminar for seniors planned

The Spokesman-Review

A seminar designed to help senior citizens avoid financial scams and help them understand reverse mortgages will be held Wednesday at Pratt Elementary.

The workshop will begin at 3:30 p.m. at the school, 6903 E. Fourth Ave. It is sponsored by Edgecliff SCOPE and a Weed and Seed grant.

A representative of the Eastern Washington Department of Housing and Urban Development office will present information on predatory lending and other financial issues.
