Oct. 16: Spokane Marathon, Half-Marathon, Marathon Relay and Five-Mile Run, 8 a.m. at the Riverfront Park turnout at Howard and Spokane Falls Boulevard. Early registration deadline Sept. 28. Fees: $22 marathon ($40 with sweatshirt), $12 half-marathon ($12 with long sleeved T-shirt), $7 five-mile run ($12 with short sleeved T-shirt). Info: 624-4297.
