Clean out M’s booth

The Spokesman-Review

To reply to the “Oh, no, Fairly’s back” letter (April 16), please don’t stop with just Ron. Clean house and get rid of “Greasy,” “Shakey” and all the jockos in the booth. None of them is able to tell it like it is.

I realize they are paid homers, but at least develop some semblance of a backbone to describe the game as it occurs – good, bad or indifferent – and that Seattle will never win under the present regime. It’s commonly done by other home-paid baseball announcers.
