Great Northern League

George Turner scored 18 points on 9-of-15 shooting and pulled down seven rebounds as Pullman clinched the Great Northern League regular-season title outright with a 67-39 rout of host Deer Park (7-10, 2-7). J.T. Levenseller added 13 for the Greyhounds (17-1, 10-0), who jumped out to a 30-point halftime lead en route to their 16th straight win. … Garrett Perkins scored 21 points on 10-of-16 shooting and Lakeside (Nine Mile Falls) shot 58 percent from 3-point range in a 62-49 victory over host Riverside. Joel Noland added 12 for the Eagles (11-7, 7-3). Adam Anderson scored 20 to lead the Rams (10-8, 5-5), who shot just 33 percent from the floor. … Andrew Richardson scored six of his 13 points in the third quarter as Medical Lake cruised to a 47-38 victory over visiting Colville. Richardson also had 16 rebounds, and Kevin Broadnax had 13 points and five assists for the Cardinals (8-9, 4-5), who outscored the Indians 16-4 in the third to take a 15-point lead. Tyson Luu led Colville (1-17, 0-10) with 14 points.

Northeast A League

Chris Davis scored 12 of his 16 points in the fourth quarter and Freeman shot 14 of 19 from the free-throw line in the quarter in a 52-40 victory over host Newport. Andrew Dresback added 13 for the Scotties (11-9, 3-3). Zack Green scored 11 for Newport (2-17, 0-6).

Class B

Bi-County League Tournament: James Saetre made a layup at the buzzer to end the first overtime, then he and Nick Ashley scored five points apiece in the second OT to give No. 3 seed Lind-Ritzville a 70-61 victory over No. 6 Reardan in a first-round game at Ritzville. Myles Borth scored a career-high 23 points on 9-of-12 shooting to lead the Broncos (14-7), while Cameron Stevenson added 18, Ashley finished with 16 and Saetre had 13 points and eight rebounds. Eric Everett had 20 points and 13 boards for the Indians (10-11), who lost Zack Nesbitt to a sprained ankle in the third quarter. … Andrew Canning scored all 16 of his points in the second half and hit 6 of 7 free throws in the fourth quarter as No. 2 Liberty rallied from a 16-point, first-quarter deficit to defeat No. 7 Odessa 66-58 in Spangle. Anthony Ansah added 15 points, and Aaron Weis had 11 points and 10 rebounds for the Lancers (16-4), who outscored the Tigers 44-26 in the second half. Drake Costlow hit five 3-pointers en route to 17 points for Odessa (11-10). … No. 5 Almira/Coulee-Hartline hit eight free throws in the final 1:30 to seal a 58-54 victory over No. 4 Wilbur-Creston in Wilbur. Greg Giese scored 18 points, and Derek Elder added 11 points and seven rebounds for the Warriors (12-8). Shayne Lewis scored 18 for the Wildcats (11-10). … Chase Ramey tallied 18 points, including four 3-pointers in the second half, as top-seeded Northwest Christian cruised to a 54-35 victory over No. 8 Valley Christian in Colbert. Karl Richardson added 16 points and five steals for the Crusaders (18-3). Vitaliy Kozubenko scored 14 to lead VC (10-11). … The tournament will shift to Reardan on Tuesday. In the two loser-out contests, Valley Christian will face Wilbur-Creston, while Odessa plays Reardan. In the championship bracket, Northwest Christian will face Almira/Coulee-Hartline, and Liberty will play Lind-Ritzville for two automatic District 7 tournament berths.

Panorama League Tournament: Zach Gianukakis scored 33 points – reaching 2,001 for his career – and added 12 rebounds and seven assists as Republic routed visiting Selkirk 82-45 in a semifinal game. Todd Orestad added 14 points, and Derek Gianukakis had 10 points and 11 rebounds for the Tigers (19-2), who outscored the Rangers 50-21 in the second half. Travis Zimmerman led Selkirk (15-7) with 17 points. … In the other semifinal, Cody Groth had 26 points and nine rebounds to lead Curlew to a 74-54 victory over host St. George’s. Austin Mannick added 21 points for the Cougars (17-3). Jeffrey Livingston led the Dragons (16-6) with 13 points. … Jake Green had 27 points and 10 rebounds, and T.J. Flett added six points, 11 rebounds and 11 assists as Wellpinit cruised to a 99-73 victory over visiting St. Michael’s in a loser-out game. Wade Moses scored 19, Chazz Flett 17 and Dayne Swift 12 for the Redskins (13-8). Ben Czapla scored 20 for the Warriors (7-15), who also had four players in double figures. … In Monday’s consolation bracket games, St. George’s will host Wellpinit, while Selkirk awaits the winner of tonight’s contest between Inchelium and Cusick. The winners of Monday’s games will square off for third and fourth places Thursday in Colville. On Friday, Republic will face Curlew for the tourney title.

Whitman County League Tournament: Drew English had 13 points and eight rebounds as Rosalia defeated Garfield-Palouse 50-40 in a loser-out affair at Endicott. Kris Widman added 11 points for the Spartans (8-13). Brian Boyd had 20 points, including four 3-pointers, and nine rebounds for the Vikings (5-16). … Justin Word scored 17 points as Asotin defeated Colton 59-42. Ryan Witters added seven points, 10 rebounds and three steals for the Panthers (14-8). Thomas Jacobs had 15 points and seven rebounds for the Wildcats (2-19). … Rosalia and Asotin will return to Endicott tonight for another loser-out contest. The winner will advance to the District 9 tournament.

Girls

Kelsey Stillar scored 16 points and Lakeside (Nine Mile Falls) retained its grasp on first place with a 54-34 victory over host Riverside. Kia Gibson added 12 for the Eagles (14-4, 10-0). Amber Scott scored 10 for the Rams (7-11, 3-7). … Krystal Smith scored 14 points as Pullman remained a game behind Lakeside with a 54-33 rout of host Deer Park. Kelli Davis and Jamie Thornton added 13 apiece for the Greyhounds (14-4, 9-1). Laura Gibson led the Stags (9-8, 3-6) with 10 points. … Richelle Daily had 24 points, 12 rebounds and six blocks to lead Medical Lake (10-7, 3-6) to a 43-24 victory over visiting Colville (0-18, 0-10).

Northeast A League

Jessie DePell scored 17 points to lead Freeman to a 51-29 victory over host Newport. Kelsey Raines and Claire Moberg added 13 apiece for the Scotties (16-3, 4-2). Maria Barranco led the Grizzlies (5-15, 2-4) with 11.

Class B

Whitman County League Tournament: Alisa Moehrle had 20 points and 13 rebounds as Colton defeated Asotin 60-47 in a loser-out game at Endicott. Rochelle Druffel added 16 points and seven boards for the Wildcats (15-6). Rachel Gundy and Kasey Martin scored 12 apiece for the Panthers (1-20). … Kate Hodges had 12 points and five assists as Rosalia defeated Garfield-Palouse 38-35. Clarissa Harston added seven points, 15 rebounds and three steals for the Spartans (6-15). Samantha Van Dyke led Gar-Pal (7-13) with 12 points. … Colton and Rosalia will square off today in Endicott for the league’s final District 9 tournament berth.
