North Idaho Computer Users Group: Tuesday from 6-9 p.m., Cafe Doma, 501 Sherman Ave.

Kootenai County Democratic Club Luncheon: Friday at noon at Iron Horse, 407 E. Sherman Ave.

Public Works Commission: Sept. 11 at 4 p.m. at Fire Station 3.

General Services Committee: Sept. 11 at 4 p.m. at City Hall.

Parks and Recreation Commission: Sept. 11 at 5:30 p.m. at City Hall.

Planning and Zoning Commission: Sept. 12 at 5:30 p.m. at City Hall. Public hearings, when they are on the agenda, normally begin at 6 p.m.
