Monday – Lemon chicken, vegetables, peas, rye bread, Mandarin oranges.

Tuesday – Macaroni and cheese, vegetables, spinach, multigrain roll, pineapple tidbits.

Wednesday – Hamburgers on bun with lettuce, tomato, cheese, and mayonnaise, baked beans, pasta salad, peach cobbler.

Thursday – Barbecued chicken, roasted red potatoes, broccoli, whole wheat bread, blushing pears.

Friday – Salisbury steak with gravy, mashed potatoes, vegetables, cornbread, fruit cocktail.

Salad Menu – Opportunity and Hillyard locations, Tuesdays only: Chef salad, vegetables, multigrain roll, pineapple tidbits.
