ML Podcasts Video Real Estate Tours

Several real estate firms across the country have banded together to develop a series of video podcasts highlighting properties and their communities. Available directly from the ML Podcast site or through iTunes, the series includes segments that run between two and five minutes, complete with pictures or video.

A recent addition to the group is an Ohio form, Real Living Realty Services, which now offers a catalog of video podcasts about that part of the country. The new series follows the lead of Realtors using the service already in Chicago, Woodlands, Texas, California and elsewhere.

Yes, in many cases what you get is an audio-visual version of a Chamber of Commerce brochure. But that’s better than viewing a bunch of static images on someone’s tourist Web site.
