War funding – with conditions
The Senate voted 51-47 Thursday for a $123 billion spending bill that:
“Provides more than $90 billion for military operations in Iraq and Afghanistan
“Mandates the beginning of a withdrawal of U.S. forces from Iraq within 120 days
“Includes funding for unrelated purposes such as hurricane relief and natural disaster farm subsidies.
The legislation faces a threatened presidential veto.

Craig, R, no; Crapo, R, no;
Washington
Cantwell, D, yes; Murray, D, yes.
