Fire District 8 – Commissioners discussed salaries for nonunion represented staff and having a strategic plan workshop. Several items were declared surplus. Liberty Lake SCOPE – A representative from the Air Force Office of Special Investigation spoke about Eagle Eyes, an anti-terrorism program similar to Neighborhood Watch. Officers were nominated. Elections will be in December. (Source: President Rob Hill)
